Unlicensed users are returned an error message when attempting to
interact with Copilot Chat, which states: “Looks like you do not have access to
the Copilot. Contact your administrator to get access to Copilot.”

Affected users can follow the following steps to bypass impact:
– Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Settings > Integrated Apps
– Locate and click on “Copilot” in the apps list

users in the organization can install’ or use the group option if desired.

As an alternative while we were focused on mitigation, users could have

sidebar, then clicked the “Get more Apps” button in the upper righthand section,
and, lastly, selected “Agents” in the “Featured” section in the Apps sidebar on
the left to access agents.
