8月のシステム更新に伴うサービス停止と変更のお知らせ / Service Suspension and System Changes in August Due to HUC14 Migration
情報メディア教育研究センターより、システム更新に関する重要なお知らせです。
2025年8月、次期電子計算機システム「HUC14」への移行に伴い、システム基盤が変更されます。
この更新により、メディアセンターが提供する各種サービスに一時的な停止や変更が発生します。
利用者の皆様には、一部の操作や設定変更が必要となる場合がありますので、以下の内容をご確認の上、必要な対応をお願いいたします。
以下に掲載するサービスは、今回のシステム更新において特に利用者への影響が大きいもの、または移行作業が必要の場合があるものです。
■ 利用登録システム
画面デザインが変更されます。 以下の期間は一部機能が利用できません。
【8月3日（日）17:00 ～ 8月13日（水）9：00】 新規申請・変更が伴う機能利用不可 ※情報の閲覧のみ可
【8月13日（水）9：00 ～ 8月18日（月）9：00】 ログイン不可
※ゲストアカウント等を使用予定の方は、事前に申請を済ませ、アカウント情報の印刷などをご準備ください。
■ ファイル一時保管サービス
「NextCloud」から「Proself」に変わります。URLが変更されます。 利用者による手動でのデータ移行が必要です。
【新サービス開始】8月4日（月）
【現行サービス終了】8月29日（金）17:00
【併用期間】8月4日（月）～8月29日（金）17:00
■ プリントサービス
新しい印刷システム「PaperCut」に変更されます。 以下の期間はプリントサービスが利用できません。
【停止期間】8月8日（金）17:00 ～ 8月20日（水）
【新システム開始】8月21日（木）予定
※支払方法や印刷方法が大きく変更されます。

■ ホスティングサービス
サービス稼働中に自動データ移行を行います。 切替期間中のデータ更新は控えてください。
【切替期間】8月13日（水）9:00 ～ 8月18日（月）9:00
【注意事項】Pleskログイン時に多要素認証が必須となります。初回ログイン時に再設定が必要です。
【新規受付終了】ホスティング拡張タイプ：8月3日（日）17:00まで
■ アプリケーションサービス
現行サービスは8月12日（火）まで利用可能、8月13日（水）に終了します。
【今後の提供方法】
・Mathematica、Gaussian/GaussView：ライセンスサービスで提供
・SAS：以下の無償ソフトウェアをご利用、または有償契約をご検討ください

This is an important notice from Hiroshima University Information Media Center regarding upcoming system updates.
In August 2025, we will be migrating to new computing system, HUC14, which involves a major change to our system infrastructure.
As a result, several services provided by Information Media Center will be temporarily suspended or modified.
Some user actions or configuration updates may be required. Please review the following information and take any necessary steps.
■ User Registration System
The interface design will be updated.
Some functions will be unavailable during the following periods:
[August 3 (Sun) PM 5:00 – August 13 (Wed) AM 9:00]
-> New registrations unavailable (Password changes and MFA settings are still possible)
If you plan to use guest accounts during these periods, please complete registration in advance and print out necessary account information.
■ Temporary File Storage Service
The service will change from NextCloud to Proself.The service URL will be updated.
Manual data migration by users is required.
[New service starts] August 4 (Mon)
[Current service ends] August 29 (Fri) at 17:00
[Transition period] August 4 (Mon) – August 29 (Fri) at 17:00
■ Print Service
The print system will change to PaperCut.
The service will be unavailable during the following period:
[Service suspension] August 8 (Fri) 17:00 – August 20 (Wed)
[New system starts] August 21 (Thu)
Payment and printing methods will change significantly.

■ Hosting Service
Automatic data migration will occur while the service remains active.
Please refrain from updating data during the transition period.
[Transition period] August 13 (Wed) 9:00 – August 18 (Mon) 9:00
[MFA required] Multi-factor authentication will be mandatory for logging into Plesk.
-> You will need to set up MFA again upon first login.
[New application deadline] Hosting extension type: August 3 (Sun) by 17:00
■ Application Service
The current application service will end on August 13 (Wed).
Available until August 12 (Tue).
[Future availability]
* Mathematica, Gaussian/GaussView: Provided via license service
* SAS: Please use the free software provided by SAS Institute or consider a paid license
