[更新] Microsoft365 (OneDrive/Teams) のストレージ容量制限に関する追加のお知らせ (2026年2月) / [Updated] Additional Notice Regarding Microsoft 365 (OneDrive/Teams) Storage Limits (February 2026)
平素よりセンターサービスの運用にご理解とご協力を頂きありがとうございます。
【容量超過に対する猶予措置の延長及び容量拡張サービス申請を受付中】
2024年7月にご案内した通り、Microsoft 365のストレージサービス(OneDrive, Teamsファイル領域等）で割り当てられる容量を基本100GBとし、7月末時点で100GBを超過しているアカウントおよびチームには以下の措置を実施いたしました。
- 移行期間の設定（2024年8月1日から2025年8月末まで）
- 現状の保存容量をもとに容量上限を個別設定
当初は「2025年8月31日まで」を超過者への猶予期間としておりましたが、運用体制の整備と申請受付体制の準備に伴い、猶予期間を「2026年9月末まで」延長することといたしました。
また、Microsoft 365 OneDrive及びTeamsの保存容量上限が100GBに制限されていることに伴い、OneDrive及びTeamsがストレージ上限に近づいており、容量拡張を希望する全学構成員（教職員および学生）を対象に容量拡張サービスの申請受付を開始しております。申請頂いた拡張容量は順次適用予定です。
なお，現在容量拡張サービスの利用負担金についての学内規則制定中です。規則制定ができ次第，改めてご案内いたします（2026年3月下旬を予定）。

[Extension of the Grace Period for Overages and Start of Acceptance of Capacity Expansion Service Applications (From December 2025)]
As announced in July 2024, the basic capacity allocated for Microsoft 365 storage services (OneDrive, Teams file space, etc.) will be 100GB. We have implemented the following measures for accounts and teams that exceeded 100GB as of the end of July.
- Transition Period (August 1, 2024 to the end of August 2025)
- Individual capacity limits will be set based on current storage capacity.
The grace period for those exceeding the limit was initially set until August 31, 2025. However, due to operational improvements and preparations for application acceptance, we have decided to extend the grace period until the end of September 2026.
In addition, due to the 100GB storage limit for Microsoft 365 OneDrive and Teams, we are now accepting applications for the Capacity Expansion Service from all university members (faculty, staff, and students) who are approaching their OneDrive or Teams storage limit and wish to expand their storage. The requested expansion capacity will be applied gradually.
