Some users may have been intermittently unable to “Create a Copy” of files in Microsoft 365 apps for the web
Start Time: 2025-12-10 09:00(JST)
Last Update: 2025-12-30 12:02(JST)
Status: Service Restored
Affected Service: Microsoft 365 for the web
This issue specifically affected the “Create a Copy” function when
users selected an online save location that differed from the default location
in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel for the web.
Users encountered the error, “Copy could not be created… There was a problem
creating a copy of this file. Please try again in some time.”
The impact was intermittent and retry attempts may have been successful.
As a workaround, users could open Microsoft OneDrive, navigate to the Files
list, and use “Copy to” to create a duplicate.

Users may be unable to answer PSTN calls from call queues using any Microsoft Teams client
Start Time: 2025-12-18 12:34(JST)
Last Update: 2025-12-24 02:43(JST)
Status: Service Restored
Affected Service: Microsoft Teams
When answering PSTN calls from call queues, affected users
experienced calls that remained stuck in a loading state, preventing connection
establishment.
While we worked on a fix, non-Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) users could
disable the setting (Settings, Devices, “Sync device buttons”) as a temporary
remediation.
For optimized VDI users that didn’t have the option to toggle the “Sync device
buttons” setting, some users could work around this impact by accepting PSTN
calls using a non-human interface device (HID).
