手続きのお願い：HINETゾーンA,ゾーンBホストの年度更新について/ Procedure Request: Annual Renewal for HINET Zone A and Zone B Hosts
HINETでは、ゾーンA(グローバルゾーン) および ゾーンB(ファイアウォールゾーン) に登録されているホストについては、年度ごとに更新手続きが必要です。
来年度も引き続きご利用になる場合、ゾーンA,Bホストの管理者・副管理者の方は、
2026年 3月 31日 までに
■ネットワーク利用申請サービス
https://hinet-apply.media.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/
にログインして年度更新を行って下さい。
あわせて、管理者・副管理者の更新があればご対応願います。

更新期間中に年度更新が行われない場合、2026年4月1日以降は利用できなくなりますのでご注意下さい。
更新のご案内は来月以降、管理者・副管理者宛に別途メールでもお送りします。
なお、ゾーンC,ゾーンD については年度更新は不要です。

Procedure Request: Annual Renewal for HINET Zone A and Zone B Hosts
For hosts registered in HINET Zone A (Global Zone) and Zone B (Firewall Zone)
annual renewal procedures are required.
If you plan to continue using these zones next fiscal year, Zone A and Zone B host administrators and deputy administrators must log in to the
■ Network Usage Application Service
https://hinet-apply.media.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/
and complete the annual renewal by
March 31, 2026.
Please also update administrator and deputy administrator information if applicable.

Please note that if annual renewal is not completed during the renewal period, access will be unavailable after April 1, 2026.
A separate email notification regarding renewal will be sent to administrators and sub-administrators next month.
Please note that annual renewal is not required for Zones C and D.
