アカウント年度更新・利用確認の実施期間変更について/ Change in the Implementation Period for Account Renewal and Account Confirmation

平素よりメディアセンターサービスの運用にご理解とご協力を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、来年度からのIMCアカウント年度更新およびアカウント利用確認の実施期間を見直し、下記のとおり変更することとなりました。

■変更内容
＜実施期間の見直し＞
　実施期間を 90日 → 70日 に変更

＜年度更新の場合＞
　（旧）
　・年度更新期間　　　：4月2日 – 4月30日
　・更新猶予期間　　　：5月1日 – 6月30日
　・アカウントロック　：7月1日

　（新）
　・年度更新期間　　　：4月2日 – 6月10日
　・アカウントロック　：6月11日

＜利用確認の場合＞
　（旧）
　・新規登録から90日間

　（新）
　・新規登録から70日間

■変更理由
　授業のターム期間にあわせるため。

期間変更に伴い、利用者の皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

We would like to inform you that the implementation periods for the IMC Account Renewal and Account Confirmation will be revised from next fiscal year as outlined below.

＜Revision of Implementation Period＞
　The implementation period will be changed from 90 days to 70 days.

＜Account Renewal＞
　(Previous)
　– Renewal period: April 2 – April 30
　– Grace period: May 1 – June 30
　– Account lock: July 1

　(New)
　– Renewal period: April 2 – June 10
　– Account lock: June 11

＜Account Confirmation＞
　(Previous)
　Within 90 days of registration

　(New)
　Within 70 days of registration

■ Reason for the Change
　This is to align with the course term.
