[障害]HUC14メーリングリストサーバ切替作業の不具合/[Failure]HUC14 mailing list server migration problem
8/13(水), 19:37-19:59期間に新メーリングリストサーバ上で保留されたメールにつきましては、8/15(木), 9:15から順次解放しております。
今回の障害により、以下の影響がございますので、ご確認いただきますようよろしくお願い致します。
- シーケンス番号の前後・重複の可能性：今回解放したメーリングリストのシーケンス番号は新メーリングリストサーバが付与し、8/14(木), 4:39の切り戻し後のシーケンス番号は現メーリングリストサーバで付与された番号からの続きとなるため、番号の入れ違いや重複する可能性があります。
- 解放メールのタイムスタンプ：メールの日時は、解放された8/15の日時となります。
- エラーメール通知先への通知メールの誤送信：一部のメーリングリストにおいて、エラーメール通知先アドレスに「入会通知」や「未処理バウンス通知」メールが配送されてしまいました。

From August 15 (The) at 9:15 a.m., we have been sequentially releasing emails that were held on the new mailing list server during the period of August 13 (Wed), 19:37-19:59.
Due to this failure, please be aware of the following impacts:
- Possibility of sequence number order disruption and duplication: The sequence numbers of the mailing list emails released this time were assigned by the new mailing list server. However, the sequence numbers after the rollback executed on August 14 (Thu) at 4:39, continue from the numbers assigned by the current mailing list server. For this reason, there is a possibility that sequence numbers may be out of order or duplicated.
- Timestamp of released emails: The timestamp of the released emails will be August 15, the date they were released.
- Misdirected notification emails to error notification addresses: In some mailing lists, “membership notification” and “unprocessed bounce notification” emails were delivered to error notification addresses.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience this has caused.

8/13(水)の午後から新しいメーリングリストサーバへの切替作業を進めておりましたが、不具合により8/13の切替を断念し、切り戻し作業を行なっております。利用者の皆様には多大な迷惑をおかけしておりますこと、お詫び申し上げます。
- メーリングリストサービス停止期間：8/13(水), 13:47 – 8/14(木), 早朝
- 現メーリングリストサーバ停止：8/13(水), 13:47
- 新メーリングリストサーバ公開：8/13(水), 19:37
- 新メーリングリストサーバ緊急停止：8/13(水), 19:59
- 現メーリングリストサーバ再公開：8/14(木), 早朝
- 影響
- 8/13(水), 19:37-19:59の新メーリングリストサーバ公開期間に一部のメーリングリストにおいてプレフィックスが無い（シーケンス番号だけの）メールが配送された
- 8/14(木), 早朝に現メーリングリストサーバの再公開した後は、上記の一部のメーリングリストにおいてシーケンス番号が前後する
- 以下のメールを受け取った場合
- 「◯◯メーリングリストで ◯◯件の投稿申請が保留中です。」のメールに記載の保留のメールは、8/14(木), に管理者権限で解放し、配送済みとする予定です。
- 今後の切替作業について

We had been working on migrating to a new mailing list server from the afternoon of Wednesday, August 13, however due to a malfunction, we had to abandon the migration on August 13 and currently working on rolling back. We apologize for the significant inconvenience this has caused our users.
- Mailing list service downtime: August 13 (Wed), 1:47 PM – August 14 (Thu), early morning
- Current mailing list server shutdown: August 13 (Wed), 1:47 PM
- New mailing list server launch: August 13 (Wed), 7:37 PM
- Emergency shutdown of new mailing list server: August 13 (Wed), 19:59
- Re-start of current mailing list server: August 14 (Thu), early morning
- Impact
- During the new mailing list server publication period from August 13 (Wed), 19:37 to 19:59, some mailing lists received emails without a prefix (only the sequence number).
- After the current mailing list server was restarted early moning on August 14 (Thu), the sequence numbers were out of order in some of the above mailing lists.
- If you receive the following email
- “◯◯ posts are pending approval in the ◯◯ mailing list.” The pending emails mentioned in the email will be delivered, as they will be released by the administrator on Thursday, August 14.
- Next migration work
- The schedule is currently being adjusted. We will notify you as soon as it is decided.
