We are experiencing issues with HINET on-demand registration and authentication, MAC address authentication, and connection to HINET WiFi.

Date and Time: From approximately 9:30 AM on August 27th

Impact:

HINET on-demand registration and authentication, and MAC address authentication are unavailable.

HINET-WiFi (HU-CUP, eduroam) connections are also unavailable.
