・VODサーバ(CLEVAS)で提供されている動画が視聴できません。
・VODサーバ(CLEVAS)に動画をアップロードできません。

・ファイル一時保管・共有サービス（Proself）が利用できません。
・homeストレージサービスが利用できません。

・The temporary file storage and sharing service (Proself) is unavailable.
・The home storage service is unavailable.
