[更新] Microsoft365 (OneDrive/Teams) のストレージ容量制限に関する追加のお知らせ (2025年12月) / [Updated] Additional Notice Regarding Microsoft 365 (OneDrive/Teams) Storage Limits (December 2025)

平素よりセンターサービスの運用にご理解とご協力を頂きありがとうございます。

【容量超過に対する猶予措置の延長及び容量拡張サービス申請の受付開始について（2025年12月〜）】

2024年7月にご案内した通り、Microsoft 365のストレージサービス(OneDrive, Teamsファイル領域等）で割り当てられる容量を基本100GBとし、7月末時点で100GBを超過しているアカウントおよびチームには以下の措置を実施いたしました。

• 移行期間の設定（2024年8月1日から2025年8月末まで）
• 現状の保存容量をもとに容量上限を個別設定

当初は「2025年8月31日まで」を超過者への猶予期間としておりましたが、運用体制の整備と申請受付体制の準備に伴い、猶予期間を「2026年3月末まで」延長することといたしました。

そして、Microsoft 365 OneDrive及びTeamsの保存容量上限が100GBに制限されていることに伴い、OneDrive及びTeamsがストレージ上限に近づいており、容量拡張を希望する全学構成員（教職員および学生）を対象に容量拡張サービスの申請受付を開始いたします。
2025年度（2026年3月末まで）の容量拡張サービス利用料は無償提供となり、徴収は行いません。利用料の徴収は2026年4月から開始予定です。
申請頂いた拡張容量は順次適用予定です。

• 対象者（OneDrive）

  • Microsoft 365 のOneDrive がストレージ上限に近づいており、容量拡張を希望する全学構成員（教職員および学生）

• 対象者（Teams）

  • Microsoft Teams（SharePoint）がストレージ上限に近づいており、容量拡張を希望するMicrosoft のTeamsの所有者である全学構成員（教職員および学生）

• 容量拡張サービスでは、以下のプランを選択いただけます。
• • 1TBプラン：月額4,500円（税込）
  • 3TBプラン：月額13,500円（税込）

なお、利用料の徴収は2026年4月から開始予定です。

なお、容量拡張サービスを申請しない場合は2026年4月1日時点で自動的に100GBとなります。その際、保存容量が100GBを超過していると、ファイルの書き込みやアップロードができなくなる可能性がありますので、事前にデータの整理・削除をお願いいたします。

[Extension of the Grace Period for Overages and Start of Acceptance of Capacity Expansion Service Applications (From December 2025)]

As announced in July 2024, the basic capacity allocated for Microsoft 365 storage services (OneDrive, Teams file space, etc.) will be 100GB. We have implemented the following measures for accounts and teams that exceeded 100GB as of the end of July.

• Transition Period (August 1, 2024 to the end of August 2025)
• Individual capacity limits will be set based on current storage capacity.

The grace period for those exceeding the limit was initially set until August 31, 2025. However, due to operational improvements and preparations for application acceptance, we have decided to extend the grace period until the end of March 2026.

In addition, due to the 100GB storage limit for Microsoft 365 OneDrive and Teams, we are now accepting applications for the Capacity Expansion Service from all university members (faculty, staff, and students) who are approaching their OneDrive or Teams storage limit and wish to expand their storage.
The Capacity Expansion Service will be provided free of charge for the 2025 academic year (until the end of March 2026). Fee collection is scheduled to begin in April 2026.
The requested expansion capacity will be applied gradually.

• Eligible Users (OneDrive)
  • All university members (faculty, staff, and students) who are approaching their Microsoft 365 OneDrive storage limit and wish to expand their storage capacity.
• Eligible Users (Teams)
  • All university members (faculty, staff, and students) who own Microsoft Teams (SharePoint) and wish to expand their storage capacity.
• The following plans are available for the Capacity Expansion Service.
  • 1TB Plan: ¥4,500 per month (tax included)
  • 3TB Plan: ¥13,500 per month (tax included)

Usage fees are scheduled to begin in April 2026.

If you do not apply for the Capacity Expansion Service, your storage capacity will automatically be set to 100GB as of April 1, 2026. If your storage capacity exceeds 100GB, you may be unable to write or upload files. Please organize and delete any data beforehand.
