現在、対策を施し、メール遅延は解消されました。

12/20/3:30頃から、メールサービスにおいて一部のメール送受信で遅延が生じる障害が起きており、原因を調査中です。ご不便とご迷惑をおかけいたしまして申し訳ございません。
- 広大メール(@hiroshimau.ac.jp)同士の送受信は遅延しません。
- 広大メール(@hiroshimau.ac.jp)から、外部メールアドレス(@hiroshima-u.ac.jp以外)への送信は遅延しません。
- 広大メーリングリスト(@ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp)への送受信は遅延します。
- 外部メールアドレス(@hiroshima-u.ac.jp以外)から、広大メール(@hiroshimau.ac.jp)への受信は遅延します。
- 多要素認証(広大ID)でのメール通知が遅延しています。(お急ぎの場合は、VPN接続をしてください)
Currently, we are sometimes experiencing a delay in sending and receiving emails in our email service.
We are investigating the cause of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- There is no delay when sending and receiving emails between Hirodai email addresses (@hiroshimau.ac.jp).
- There is no delay when sending from Hirodai email (@hiroshimau.ac.jp) to external email addresses (other than @hiroshima-u.ac.jp).
- There is a delay when sending and receiving to the Hirodai mailing list (@ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp).
- There is a delay when receiving emails from external email addresses (other than @hiroshima-u.ac.jp) to Hirodai email (@hiroshimau.ac.jp).
- There is a delay in email notifications using multi-factor authentication (Hiroshima ID). (If you are in a hurry, please connect to a VPN.)
