フレッツ認証サービス終了のお知らせ (2021/8/31)

情報メディア教育研究センターでは，自宅等から大学へのネットワークアクセス環境の整備の一環として、2007年5月よりフレッツ認証サービス(※)を提供してました。

しかし近年では下宿などのネット環境の整備も進み、また携帯電話回線での通信サービスも充実してきたことなどから、本サービスの利用者数は減少しています。
そのため、本サービスにつきましては、2021年8月31日をもってサービス提供を終了することになりましたのでお知らせいたします。

現在ご利用中の方は、サービス終了以降にご自宅でインターネットを利用する場合は、各自でインターネットプロバイダの契約等が必要になります。
NTT西日本のフレッツ契約自体は継続できます。

サービス終了後の代替手段の詳細については，改めてご連絡いたします。

広島大学キャンパスユビキタス環境整備の一環として，2007年5月より開始した学生・教職員の自宅にキャンパス内と同様のインターネット接続環境を提供するサービス。
広島県内でNTT西日本のフレッツサービスを契約することで利用可能。

Notice of Termination of FLET’S Authentication Service

This is Information Media Center Hiroshima Univ.

We have been providing the FLET’S authentication service (*) since May 2007 as part of its efforts to improve the network access environment to the university from home.

However, in recent years, the number of users of this service has been decreasing due to the progress of the Internet environment in lodgings, etc., and the improvement of communication services via cell phone lines.

As a result, we have decided to terminate this service on August 31, 2021.

End of Service : FLET’S Authentication Service
Service Termination Date : August 31, 2021 (scheduled)

If you wish to use the Internet at home after the termination of this service, please contact your Internet provider.

We will inform you of the details of the alternative method after the service is terminated.

(*) FLET’S Authentication Service
FLET’S Authentication Service was launched in May 2007 as part of the campus ubiquitous project of Hiroshima University.
This service provides students, faculty and staff with the same Internet connection environment at their homes as on campus.
