複数の広大IDを持つ方へ[名寄せ]活用のお願い/Request for Utilizing the “Name Identification Function” for Those with Multiple Hirodai-IDs
複数の広大IDを持つ方は「名寄せ」の積極的な活用をお願いします。
「名寄せ」とは、複数の広大ID（職員番号、学生番号等）が同一人物に帰属することを管理する機能です。
例えば職員として広島大学に勤務しつつ（職員番号の広大IDを保持）、広島大学の大学院で学ばれている（学生番号の広大IDを保持）方などが対象になります。
複数の広大IDを持つ場合、通常は名寄せされているはずですが登録漏れに気づいた場合は、自らシステム上で「名寄せ追加」をすることができます。
名寄せを行うことで、例えば所有するアカウントが複数あってもアカウント年度更新の手続きが一度で済みますし、新しい広大IDを取得して新たにアカウントを登録した際にアカウント利用確認が免除される、といったメリットがあります。
名寄せの確認は簡単です。

The “Name Identification Function” is a feature that manages the association of multiple Hirodai-IDs (such as employee numbers and student numbers) to the same individual.
For example, this applies to individuals who are employed at Hiroshima University (holding an employee number Hirodai-ID) while also studying at Hiroshima University’s graduate school (holding a student number Hirodai-ID).
If you have multiple Hirodai-IDs, they should normally be linked. However, if you notice any omissions, you can add the “Name Identification” yourself in the system.
By using the Name Identification Function, you can benefit from streamlined processes, such as only needing to complete the account renewal procedure once even if you have multiple accounts, and being exempt from account usage confirmation when registering a new account with a new Hirodai-ID.
