来年もMicrosoft365 (OneDrive, Teams等)のサービスをご利用いただくにあたり、メディアセンターからお願いがあります。
【Microsoft365 (OneDrive, Teams) のファイル保存容量の整理のお願い】
2024年7月26日のご案内のとおり、Microsoft365 (OneDrive, Teams) のファイル保存容量につきましては、移行期間中（2025年8月末）の措置を実施しております。
100GBを超過している利用者におかれましては、引き続きデータの整理・削除のご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

【Teamsのチームの整理】
所有者が不在のチームや1年以上アクティビティが無いチームが存在しております。
不要になったチームは削除していただく等、適切な管理をお願いいたします。
※ チーム所有者が複数人いる場合は、チームが不要かどうか所有者全員に確認してから削除をおこなってください。
※ チームが削除されますと、そのチームに保存していたファイルや成績等、すべての内容が削除されますのでご注意ください。

As announced on July 26, 2024, we are implementing measures for the file storage capacity of Microsoft365 (OneDrive, Teams) during the transition period (end of August 2025). If you have exceeded the 100 GB limit, please continue to organize and delete your data.

[Request to organize team for Microsoft Teams]
There are teams whose owners are absent or have no activity for more than one year.
Please manage teams appropriately by deleting teams that are no longer needed.
* If there are multiple team owners, please confirm with all owners whether the team is unnecessary before deleting it.
* Please note that when a team is deleted, all content stored in the team, including files and grades, will also be deleted.
