複数の広大IDを持つ方へのお知らせ/Notice for those with multiple Hirodai-IDs

情報メディア教育研究センターからの新機能のお知らせです。

システム：利用者・サービス管理システム
新機能名：名寄せ機能
提供日：2021/10/1
対象者：複数のアカウントを持つ方

複数のアカウントを持つ方に「名寄せ機能」を提供できるようになりました。
以下の手続きが簡素化されます。
・アカウント利用確認
・アカウント年度更新

「名寄せ」とは、複数の広大IDが同一人物に帰属することを管理する統一ID管理システムの機能です。
利用者・サービス管理システムは、名寄せされたアカウントを連携して処理することができるようになりました。

○広大IDを2個以上所有する方には、以下のメリットが生まれます。

(1)10/1以降に作成される「新規アカウント」について、利用確認手続きは不要です。
既存アカウントが利用確認済みの場合、新規アカウントは登録時から「利用確認済み」となります。

(2)年度更新について
a)フォローアップ講習確認テスト1回で、所有するすべてのアカウント年度更新が可能になります。

b)広大IDが毎年変更となる方(科目等履修生等)もアカウント年度更新手続きで更新処理が可能です。

○名寄せ追加について
広大IDについて「名寄せ情報」の登録漏れに気付いた場合には「名寄せ追加」を報告できます。

System: User Registaration System
New function: Name identification function
Date of availability: October 1, 2021
Target users: Those with multiple accounts

For those who have more than one account, we are able to provide a “Name identification function” from October 1, 2021.
The following procedures will be simplified.
– Account Confirmation procedure
– Account Renewal procedure

A Name identification is a function of the unified ID management system that manages the fact that multiple Hirodai-IDs belong to the same person.
The user registration system in IMC can now link and process the accounts owned by the nominated Hirodai-IDs.

A: The following advantages will be created for those who own two or more Hirodai-IDs.

(1) No account confirmation procedure is required for “new accounts” created on or after October 1.
If your existing account has already been confirmed, your new account will be “confirmed” from the time of registration.

(2) Annual renewal
a) All accounts can be renewed with a single follow-up cource verificarion test.

b) Those who change their Hirodai-IDs every year (e.g., non-degree students) can also renew their accounts through the account renewal procedure.

B: About the addition of name identification information
If you notice an omission in the registration of “name identification information” for your Hirodai-ID, you can report the “name identification addition”.
