[復旧済] 広大ID認証障害のお知らせ(4/8 8:39-4/12 12:05,4/13/14:30更新) / Notice of HIRODAI ID authentication trouble

下記の障害は完全復旧しております。

* 日時：2022/4/8 8:39頃 から 4/12 12:05頃 まで
* 4/12 12:05に対策を実施
* 4/13 13:00時まで経過観察し障害が無いことを確認済
* 事象：広大IDの認証ページにつながりにくい状態
* 認証ページの表示に時間がかかる、「いろは」，「もみじ」, 「広大moodle」等に広大IDでログインに時間がかかる
* 原因：「chromium」系ブラウザのコネクション維持の実装仕様により、認証毎に数分間終了しないコネクションが認証サーバ上に多数残留したため

Occurrence Date: Friday, 2022/4/11 8:39 – 4/12 12:05
* Countermeasures were implemented at 12:05 a.m. on April 12.
* Confirmed that there is no failure by observation until 1:00 p.m. on 4/13.
User Impact: HIRODAI ID authentication has been difficult to login services such as IROHA, MOMIJI, HIRODAI moodle
Cause: Due to the implementation specification of “chromium” browsers to maintain connections, many connections maintaining for several minutes after each authentication remained on the authentication server.
