[復旧] 1/19(金) Microsoft Teamsで障害発生/ [Recovery] Microsoft Teams Trouble
Teamsの障害は、1/19 12:33頃 に復旧しました。
障害発生日時：2024/1/19 7:57 – 12:33
障害内容：
Teamsのデスクトップ版(Classic/New)、Web版、スマホアプリ版で、チーム、チャネル、タブの一部が表示されない、チャネルに投稿できない、チームへのアクセス権がないと表示される、チームへのメンバー追加ができない等。
障害原因：
トラフィックの再ルーティングが正常に完了しなかったため、さまざまな Microsoft Teams 機能のサポートを担当するデータベース インフラストラクチャの一部が、許容可能なパフォーマンスしきい値を下回って動作し始めました。
※ Teamsの利用に問題がある場合は、一旦サインアウトしてから再度サインインしてご利用ください。

Failure content:
In the desktop version (Classic/New), web version, and smartphone app version of Teams, some teams, channels, and tabs are not displayed, you cannot post to the channel, or it appears that you do not have access to the team. Members of the team Unable to add etc.
Failure cause:
As traffic rerouting did not complete successfully, some of the database infrastructure responsible for supporting various Microsoft Teams features began operating below acceptable performance thresholds.
