研究室の移動・退去時にはHINET申請をお忘れなく/ Don’t forget to apply for HINET when moving or moving out of your laboratory
教職員の皆さまへ
研究室を移動、退去される場合は、そこで利用されていたHINETのゾーン削除もお忘れにならないよう、お願いいたします。
ゾーンが設定されたままだと、次にその部屋を利用される方が自身のゾーンを申請できませんし、意図せず別の方のゾーンを利用してしまうことも起こります。
該当のコネクタのみの削除、追加などは「ゾーンの変更申請」で即時実施できます。

To all faculty and staff
If you move or move out of your laboratory, please do not forget to delete the HINET zone you were using there.
If the zone is still set, the next user of the room will not be able to apply for his/her own zone and may unintentionally use someone else’s.
Deleting or adding only the relevant connector can be carried out immediately using the “Request to change zone” function.
