[アカウント年度更新]
IMCアカウントのアカウント年度更新スケジュールは以下の通りです。
年度更新期間 ：4月2日 – 4月30日
更新猶予期間 ：5月1日 – 6月30日
アカウントロック：7月1日
猶予期間を過ぎますと、アカウントはロックとなり、例えば、以下の状態になります。
・ネットワーク認証ができない。(HINET 有線LAN, HINET Wi-Fi)
・Microsoft365サービスが利用できない。(広大メール, OneDrive, Teamsなど)
・オンライン講義（Teams）が受講できない。
・メディアセンターのPC（ICE端末）にログインできない。（Linux、Windows共に)
・オンデマンドプリンターで印刷できない。
・ホームページ公開が停止される。
・VPNが利用できない、等々。
「利用登録システム」に「広大ID(学生番号/職員番号)」でログイン(学外ネットワークからの接続には多要素認証かVPN接続が必要)して、年度更新を完了してください。

まず「広大ID」をクリックし、「アカウント年度更新」をクリックすると、自動的に moodle にログインします。
アカウント年度更新には、事前に、「自己点検」と、「情報セキュリティ＆コンプライアンス 2024」の「フォローアップ講習」をいずれかの言語で受験して合格する必要があります。英語版及び中国語版も利用できます。
※ 前年度に「情報セキュリティインシデント対応訓練」を実施していない方は「インシデント対応訓練補習・確認テスト」を受講する必要があります。

[Account Renewal]
All accounts of IMC must be renewed every year.
Your account, must be renewed by yourself.
Account Renewal Schedule is as follows:
Renewal period : April 2 – April 30
Grace period : May 1 – June 30
Account Lock : July 1
If the account is not renewed in these periods, then it will be LOCKed, that is,
– Network authentication will be failed.
– You can not use Microsoft365 (HIRODAI mail, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
– You may not be able to attend Online Lectures on Teams.
– You can not use ICE terminal(IMC PC).
– You can not use On-demand Printers.
– The account Web page will be closed.
– VPN will not connect, etc.
Login the IMC registration system with your Hirodai-ID [Student /Staff ID Number] , and renew it, immediately.

You can choose Japanese or English.
First, click “Hirodai-ID” and then click “Account Confirmation”.
All account holders must take and pass the online test concerning the information security in advance.
The course, “Follow-up Course”, “Information Security and Compliance 2024”, is published in English, Chinese, and Japanese.
* If you have not conducted “Information Security Incident Response Training” in the previous year, you will need to take the “Incident Response Training Supplementary Training/Confirmation Test.”
