4/8(月) HINETで一部通信できない障害がありました/ There was a partial communication failure on HINET on Monday 8 April
4月8(月)19時ころから20時過ぎころまで、学内ネットワークで一部通信できない障害がありました。
現在は復旧しております。
- 日時：2024年4月8日（月）19時ころから20時過ぎころ
- 対象：ゾーンC、ゾーンD、HINET Wi-Fi
- 内容：IPv4アドレスが取得できないため、一部サイトと通信できない障害がありました。
- 原因：IPアドレス割り当てサーバの不具合

There was a partial communication failure on HINET on Monday 8 April
From around 7:00 pm to around 8:00 pm on April 8th (Monday), there was a problem that made it impossible to communicate with some parts of the campus network.
Currently, we have restored.
- Date and time: 8 Apr 2024 (Mon), from 19:00 to just after 20:00
- Target: Zone C, Zone D, HINET Wi-Fi
- Details: There was an issue where we were unable to communicate with some sites because we were unable to obtain an IPv4 address.
- Cause: Malfunction of the IP address allocation server.
