Microsoft365のファイル保存容量の制限について / About the file storage capacity limit of Microsoft365
日頃よりメディアセンターのサービスにご理解とご協力をいただき、ありがとうございます。
マイクロソフト社のサービス内容変更に伴い(※1)、2024年8月から広島大学全体で使用できるストレージの総容量に制限が課せられることになります。
メディアセンターで提供する Microsoft365 のストレージサービス(OneDrive, Teamsファイル領域等)については、2024年8月時点でストレージ総容量の制限を超過する可能性が非常に高いため、一人当たりに割り当てられる容量を縮小せざるを得ないところです。
ご自身の使用しているストレージ容量ならびにチームのストレージ容量を確認(※2)いただきながら、目安として 100GB 以下での運用にご協力ください。
・個人のOneDrive領域 1人あたり 100GB を予定 (現在、3TB)
・チームのファイル領域 1チームあたり 100GB を予定 (現在、25TB)
現時点で80GBを超過している利用者およびチームの所有者には個別にメール通知を行います。
100GBを超過している利用者におかれましては、お早めにデータの削減など必要な整理をお願いします。
＃8月以降に 100GB を超過している場合、マイクロソフト社の制限が適用されると新規ファイルのアップロード、編集、同期等ができなくなり、サービスの利用に影響が発生します。

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in the media center services.
Due to changes in Microsoft Corporation’s service content (*1), starting from August 2024, a limit will be imposed on the total storage capacity available in Hiroshima University.
The storage services of Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams file areas, etc.) provided by the media center are prospected to exceed the total storage capacity limit as of August 2024. Therefore, we will reduce the amount of storage capacity allocated per person. While checking your own storage usage and team storage usage (*2), please cooperate to operate the usage of less than 100GB.
*Individual OneDrive area: 100GB per person (currently 3TB)
*Team file area: 100GB per team (currently 25TB)
We will notificate users and owners who currently exceeding 80GB by email.
For users exceeding 100GB, we kindly ask you to organize your data such as data reduction soon as possible.
# If you exceed 100GB after August, Microsoft Corporation’s restrictions will apply, preventing new file uploads, edits, synchronization, etc., and affecting the use of the service.
