年末年始メディアセンター施設(事務室・端末室等)の閉室スケジュールについて/ Closure Schedule for Media Center Facilities (Offices, Computer Rooms, etc.) During the Year-End and New Year Holidays
情報メディア教育研究センターの年末年始における閉室スケジュールおよび各業務予定について以下の通りお知らせいたします。
ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
○各事務室の閉室スケジュールについて
本 館：12/27(土)～1/4(日)
東分室：12/27(土)～1/4(日)
霞分室：12/27(土)～1/4(日)
○申請・問い合わせ業務について
閉室期間中も各種サービスは通常通り運用しますが、12/27(土)～1/4(日) の間にお受けした申請手続きの一部およびお問い合わせについては 1/5(月) 以降に順次対応いたします。
コロナやインフルエンザ等への感染予防対策のため、質問や利用相談については可能な限りメディアセンター「問い合わせフォーム」からお願いいたします。

Closure Schedule for Media Center Facilities (Offices, Computer Rooms, etc.) During the Year-End and New Year Holidays
We would like to inform you of the following closure schedule and business plans for the Information Media Center during the Year-End and New Year holidays.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
○ Closure Schedule for Each Office
Main Building Office: December 27th (Sat) – January 4th (Sun)
East Branch Office: December 27th (Sat) – January 4th (Sun)
Kasumi Branch Office: December 27th (Sat) – January 4th (Sun)
○ Application and Inquiry Information
All services will continue to operate normally during the closure period. However, some applications and inquiries received between December 27th (Sat) and January 4th (Sun) will be handled sequentially from January 5th (Mon).
As a precaution against infection with COVID-19 and influenza, please use the Media Center’s “Inquiry Form” whenever possible to ask questions or for inquiries about use of the facility.
