利用範囲を確認してください。
Comfirm the conditions of use

1. 本学所有のPC・サーバ等
   　　　※附属学校の児童・生徒が使用するPCでは利用できません
2. 大学生，大学院生，教職員（非常勤，契約を含む）が個人所有するPC
   　　　※附属学校の児童・生徒が個人所有するPCでは利用できません
   なお， ESET for Macを利用する際は，ウイルス対策ソフト 利用要領を確認してください。

本学の情報セキュリティポリシーにより，本学のキャンパスネットワークに接続するすべてのPC等には，ウイルス対策ソフトウェアの導入が必要です。上記対象PC以外については，所有者が責任を持ってウイルス対策ソフトウェアを導入してください。

Hiroshima University provides anti-virus software to the following PCs and servers.

1.  University-owned PCs and servers
   *The PCs used by attached school students are not included.
2.  Personally-owned PCs of university students, graduate students, and faculty members (including part-time employees and contract employees).
   *The PCs personally-owned by attached school students are not included.

Before you install a necessary anti-virus software program, please read “Guidelines for Use.”

Regarding the university’s information security policy, all PCs connecting to our campus network are obligated to install anti-virus software. Please take protective measures against computer viruses on owner’s responsibility for the PCs not included in the above.

シリアル番号の取り扱いに注意してください。
Precautions concerning the serial numbers

本学で提供するシリアル番号は他者に漏洩せず，正しく使用してください。
シリアル番号が本学構成員以外へ漏洩してしまうと，

• ウイルス対策ソフトウェアの即刻ライセンス無効処置と全台再インストール
• 以後の交渉における不利益
• 本学の信用失墜
• 漏洩該当者への相当額の賠償請求

などが発生する可能性があります。

漏洩行為は 「広島大学情報システム等利用規則（平成16年4月1日規則第140号）」 （禁止事項） 第４条　本学において情報システム等を利用する者は，次の事項に該当する行為を行ってはならない。 （１）法令に違反する行為 （２）公序良俗に反する行為 （３）本学の教育研究目的に反する行為 （４）その他理事（社会産学連携・広報・情報担当）（以下「理事」という。）が運用上支障があると認めた行為 に該当します。 参考：広島大学規則集→第9編 その他→広島大学情報システム等利用規則 http://home.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/~houki/reiki/act/frame/frame110000437.htm

Do not disclose the serial number to others, and be sure to use it correctly. Disclosure of the serial number to persons who are not members of Hiroshima University may cause the following consequences.

• -Immediate revocation of the anti-virus software license, and removal of the software from all PCs.
• -Disadvantage in future negotiations.
• -Loss of trust in the university.
• -If the person responsible is identified, that person will be required to pay suitable compensation.

For these reasons, please use sufficient caution when handling the serial number.

Disclosure of the serial number also constitutes a violation of Rule No. 140 of the Rules for Use of Hiroshima University Information Systems, April 1, 2004.(Prohibited acts) Article 4: Acts which correspond to the following items are prohibited when using the information systems or other systems of this university. (1) Acts which are in violation of the law. (2) Acts which are in violation of public order and morals. (3) Acts which are contrary to the purpose of education and research at this university. (4) Acts which are recognized by the vice-president of the university (IT director) (hereafter “vice president”) as interfering with operations. ソフトウェアの削除

　本学がウイルス対策ソフトウェア提供元と契約を解除した場合，または利用者が本学構成員でなくなった場合（卒業を含む離籍者）は利用資格を喪失します。
　利用資格を喪失した利用者は， 当該ソフトウェアを削除する義務を負います。
　個人所有PCを売却又は廃棄する時も，包括ライセンスを利用してインストールしたソフトウェアは必ず削除してください。

Eligibility of use of the installed software shall be lost when the university cancels the Agreement, or when the user no longer belongs to the university, including the case of graduation. The users who have lost eligibility for use are obligated to delete the software. Also, when selling or transferring the PC to other institutions or persons, or when disposing of the PC, the user is obligated to delete the software.
